Terms and Conditions of Sale

PCSurplusOnline.com strives to bring you quality computer parts and peripherals at some of the lowest prices in the industry. Our business model is simple; buy in quantity, which allows us to buy low and in turn, sell low. Our Internet-dedicated salespeople will process your order quickly and in most cases ship your order the same day. As a result we have developed a loyal following of satisfied customers. In order for us to continue to bring you quality products and offer outstanding customer service, we have put forth the following terms and conditions regarding the sale of our products.







Warranty Information:

Please refer to the item description for warranty information.

Here's a glossary of product conditions and what is implied therein:

Pulled means, pulled from a working machine, these units are tested and
comes with a 30 day warranty

Tested means, tested and found to be in good working condition and comes
with a 30 day warranty

As-is means, not tested, no warranty

Refurb means, Refurbished by either our company or the manufacturer, and
includes a 30 day warranty.

  1. All Sales Are Final.
  2. A 20% Re-Stocking Fee will apply to items being returned.
  3. Items sold "AS-IS" are untested and may not be returned for any reason
  4. Items that carry a "30 Day Guarantee" are guaranteed working on delivery.
  5. Absolutely NO REFUNDS on shipping costs. Please read descriptions carefully!
  6. No Technical Support is provided unless the ad specifically states otherwise. No exceptions.

PCSurplusOnline.com handles approximately 1,000 emails daily, therefore, please call 866-784-4400 or make a toll call to us at 717-233-3419 if you have an issue with your product (8:30am to 5:00pm EST). If you must email specific details or hyperlinks, use sales@pcsurplusonline.com. Be aware that ONLY emailing us with an issue will result in a delay of customer service. Call us first!

Customer Pickup Policy:

We only accomodate frieght pickups at our facility - all regular orders must ship.

Frieght Only Pickup hours are from 12 noon to 4 p.m. M-F.
Payment must be received 24hrs PRIOR to pickup.
All non-freight orders MUST be shipped - NO EXCEPTIONS!

If customer arrives without making payment:
We are not a retail facility, therefore it is very important to make payment prior to any merchandise pickup. If not, you will have to leave and contact a sales representative at 866-784-4400 between 9a.m. to 5p.m. EST M-F

If customer is paying via money order or cashiers check:
Customer must call 866-784-4400 between 9a.m. to 5p.m. EST M-F to arrange pickup.
Customer must drop the payment off at Front Desk, 24hrs prior to the arranged pickup time.

If customer is paying via PayPal:
Once payment is submitted to paypal@pcsurplusonline.com, customer must call 866-784-4400 between 9a.m. to 5p.m. EST M-F to arrange pickup.

If customer is paying via Credit Card:
Customer must call 866-784-4400 between the hours of 9a.m. to 5p.m. EST M-F.
 

Our Return Policy:

In order to send a product back to us, you MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). This will be given to you by the salesperson taking your call and must be written on the outside of the box. Items returned without a RMA# will be refused and will cause a delay in credit.

Making Damage Claims:

You must contact PCSurplusOnline.com within 3 business days of receipt of the item if the product is damaged. Call 717-233-3419 (M-F, 11:00am-6:00pm EST). A damage claim will be filed with the shipping company. The shipping company will pick up the damaged product and compensate us for the product. In the meantime, you will be sent a replacement item. Items purchased "as-is" may not be returned for damage.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a credit card has been declined.

We reserve the right to substitute parts of equal or greater value should the exact item not currently be in stock, should an adequate replacement item not be in stock, we reserve the right to return payment and cancel that order.

Computer systems may contain new, refurbished, used and factory-renewed components.

We do not accept returns based on cosmetics, blemishes, or imperfections (if the item is damaged see above section). All used and refurbished items may have slight cosmetic blemishes. Refurbished monitors sold alone or with computer systems usually have cosmetic blemishes on the side or on the back, but not on the front. Monitors may also have slight screen burn, but are guaranteed to be in good working conditions.

We do not allow customer pickup of products, they must be shipped.

All returns require an RMA number. This RMA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will not be accepted. Please contact your PC Parts, Inc. salesperson for your RMA number. Return merchandise must be packed in the original shipping material with RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returns must be received within 15 working days of RMA date. Freight on all returns must be PREPAID. Returns sent without prior authorization or freight collect will be rejected. Customer is responsible for the charges on the return shipping.

Credits on customer accounts are valid for 90 days from the date of credit, unless otherwise stated.

International customers will be responsible for ALL duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged.
